In 2008 we are calling on the Government to Fix our Refugee System. In particular, we are demanding:

1. An End to Temporary Protection Visas (TPVs)
   BREAKING NEWS: We applaud the Government on their decision to abolish TPVs and THVs!
   
   
2. The Right to Work for All
   Most Asylum Seekers are not allowed to work. This means homelessness, poverty, social isolation and hunger.
   
   
3. An End to Mandatory Detention
   Mandatory detention is a breach of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is unnecessary and inhumane.
