I agree with this, it is not fair. These people come here looking for a nice place to live and they get stuck in those horrible detention centres. it is not fair to anyone.I think they should make it a nicer stay for them and not get treated like criminals.

I am disgusted at this decision. I am disgusted that it was even considered to be worthy of the High Court to judge whether or not most of these asylum seekers should need to prove that the country they came from is not safe to return to. Any dummy can read the news and see the evidence. Who are these High Court Judges and why are they not informed?
