Offer someone a hand up
By donating food or goods to our programs, you will fill an immediate need for refugees and people seeking asylum. You will also be giving them a hand up on the pathway to food security and independence, where they have the ingredients and knowledge to make the best choices for their nutritional, social and emotional wellbeing.
Our Foodbank grocery store in Footscray provides free food and essentials to more than 650 people seeking asylum each week. We rely on community generosity to keep our shelves stocked – the majority of our groceries are donated by people just like you.
